Good morning!

In just a few short days, a number of people will be taking this site for a “free test drive!”  I’m excited for them!  Working late last night I was just amazed at how much is on this site, plus, how much will be added every month!  It is a gold mine!  Enjoy the blog and enjoy the weekend!

Not Enough Time?

Years ago I was complaining about not having enough time and someone told me that each day we are all given a 24 hour suitcase and some people just know how to pack better than others.

I know people who have spent months, “burning the midnight oil” and getting less sleep than they would like to have had so that they could learn something profitable for their lives and for their families. I too have spent many hours learning and growing and developing.

But what about people who work a job 7 days a week. They can’t simply quit their job and head out to college now can they? No, but they can still invest time into their lives.

Consider this. Suppose a person does work 7 days a week, and let’s say he works a 12 hour day. There are still 12 hours left everyday. Now suppose he decides to invest 2 hours a day into learning something that will improve his life, so that he doesn’t have to work 12 hours a day 7 days a week for the rest of his life? 2 hours a day, 7 days a week. If that’s all the time he invests, that is a total of 730 hours in a year.

How much can you learn in 730 hours?

You will always find the time to do the things that you desire to do. It’s simply making a decision. And with God’s help, using the 24 hours He gives you everyday, you can accomplish more than you’ve ever dreamed of. You do have enough time!

Have a great weekend!

Mike
