Each month members of “Enriching Your Life Now” will have access to another volume of, “Stories for Joshua.” The complete series covers the major records of the Bible from Genesis to the Book of Acts.
Your kids will love it! Originally written and produced for young children, we have found that kids of all ages love, “Stories for Joshua!”
Joshua lives in the first century, and each night his grandfather tells him about God through the stories in the Bible. The roofs were flat back then and it was a nice quiet spot for Grandfather to tell the “stories.”
Each volume has 5 to 7 stories along with some great life lessons as Joshua interacts with his family and friends.
In this first episode, on this first volume, listen as Grandfather begins to tell Joshua the “stories.” And, he appropriately starts at “the beginning.”
Joshua is excited to find out what Grandfather was going to share next. In this episode Joshua learns about Abraham.
In this episode, Grandfather begins by asking Joshua, “Do you know how to believe?” He goes on the explain a little more about Abraham, the father of believing.
As this episode opens Joshua and Nathan have a disagreement. Later, Grandfather, shows Joshua that sometimes people change the rules, and what to do about it.
In this episode, Joshua spends some time with his friend Nathan before supper. Then it was time for another “story.” Tonight Grandfather begins to tell the young boy about Joseph.
This episode finds Joshua under a tree with his friend Nathan, talking about the things Grandfather told Joshua the night before about Joseph. Soon, Joshua was sitting and listening to more about Joseph.
In this last track for Volume 1, Joshua can’t wait to find out what happened to Joseph! He and Grandfather go up once again to the roof, where the older man tells the young boy about Pharaoh’s dream and what happened.
